Delivery
If your delivery address is located more than 100 km from a Shield warehouse, your order will be delivered to the nearest freight depot for customer collection.
Shipping
- We will deliver the your products to business and residential addresses.
- In some instances, we may use a third-party courier service to fulfill the delivery.
- Deliveries will occur between 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.
- Our delivery service is kerbside, meaning we will deliver to ground level within the boundaries of your property.
- The driver will place the Products in the safest possible location at their discretion.
Returns
- We accept returns of Products.
- It is your responsibility to return the Products to the closest Shield location.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
