- Delivery Service
- We will deliver the Products to business and residential addresses.
- In some instances, we may use a third-party courier service to fulfill the delivery.
2.2 Kerbside Delivery
- Our delivery service is kerbside, meaning we will deliver to ground level within the boundaries of your property.
- The driver will place the Products in the safest possible location at their discretion.
- Deliveries will occur between 2-8 business days from the date of purchase.
- While we strive to meet this timeframe, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
2.4 Packaging
- In most cases, Products will be delivered on a skid or pallet.
- Occasionally, Products may be wrapped individually for delivery.
- Returns and Restocking
3.1 Return Policy
- We accept returns of Products.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
3.2 Return Process
- It is your responsibility to return the Products to the closest Shield location.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Product Variations
- Products may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website.
- Variations may occur due to differences in timber batches.
- Liability and Legislation
5.1 Limitation of Liability
- Shield is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products.
5.2 Compliance with Legislation
- Our Terms comply with relevant Australian legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
- Under these laws, goods supplied must be as described, fit for purpose, and of acceptable quality.
- Customer Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
- Shield is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect information.
6.2 Safe Access
- You must ensure safe access for our delivery team to deliver the Products.
- Amendments
- Shield reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant Australian state or territory.
